Ziplines, Inc. Referral Program - Terms and Conditions


How It Works

For Referrers (those making the referral):

  1. Receive a referral link via email from Ziplines.

  2. Share your unique link with friends, family, colleagues, etc.

  3. Get rewarded after a referee enrolls and remains enrolled after the course drop date,

  4. Each referee can only use one link to qualify for the Referral Program Reward and only one reward will be paid per referee.  If your referee receives multiple links from multiple individuals, it is up to them to decide which link to use.  


For Referees (those that are referred):

  1. Click the shared link → go to the relevant partner/course Syllabus page

  2. Request a syllabus

  3. Enroll and get a discount on your first course

  4. You are only eligible to receive one discount as a result of the Ziplines Referral Program on one course.  


 Rewards

  • Referrers: Choice of a $50 gift card.  Ziplines uses a third-party fulfillment company.  Some of their current popular gift card choices are Starbucks, Amazon and Nike.  Options are subject to change.

  • Referees: $100 off your first course.

  • Fulfillment: Referrers will receive an invitation from our third-party fulfillment partner to choose their referral reward as a gift card via email within 15 days after the end of the add/drop period of the referee’s cohort.

By participating in the Ziplines Referral Program as a referrer or referee, you agree to the Referral Program Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.


REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Ziplines may update these Referral Program Terms and Conditions at any time.  Your continued participation on the Ziplines Referral Program constitutes your acceptance of such new/updated Terms and Conditions.  

Both the Referrer and referee must reside within the United States.  

The Referrer must ensure that their social media sharing complies with applicable laws and regulations and must not make any false or misleading claims about Ziplines or its courses. The Referrer is solely responsible for any actions or repercussions resulting from their social media sharing and agrees to indemnify and hold Ziplines harmless from any claims arising from such sharing.  

Ziplines shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for referral submissions that are illegible, lost, misdirected, improperly recorded or not received by us for any other reason.  

Ziplines shall have sole and absolute discretion to administer the Ziplines Referral Program, including substituting rewards of approximate equal value for those listed above.  

Ziplines may change, suspend or terminate the Rewards Program at any time.  Void where prohibited by law.
